Hypnotherapy is a two way therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. During the treatment, the therapist will gently guide you into a deep relaxed state, similar to sleep, where your senses especially hearing are still able to respond and your subconscious mind can become more receptive to suggestion as voiced by the therapist. During the process you may be visualising, as in a daydream, the things which are being spoken of and may also experience associated feelings, thus enabling beneficial changes to occur.
At your first session the therapist will be happy to answer any further questions you may have about this therapy |

Massage is a valuable aid in relaxation and stress management. When we hold tension in our body, this can result in poor posture, painful muscles and joints and possible illness/disease. Often this is a result of thoughts or beliefs that we have about ourselves and/or feelings that we find difficult to deal with which become blocked or buried inside us.
Through massage we can learn where we are holding tension and work towards releasing it and coming to terms with the underlying causes. This can be a very nourishing and rewarding process.
For those who are nervous at the idea of removing clothing for full body massage, the therapist offers foot, hand and face massage as a gentle and beneficial introduction to the process. |

Reiki focuses on balancing the body’s own physical, mental and emotional energy. It brings balance through deep relaxations that accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
During a Reiki treatment, Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. The practitioner draws in the Reiki energy and channels this energy into the client. The client takes Reiki; the practitioner does not give it.
The Reiki experience varies from person to person. Deep relaxation is common and occasionally people will drift off to sleep. As the Reiki energy flows, tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings are released and often people experience a sense of contentment and wellbeing. |

Reflexology works by stimulating and massaging reflex points in our feet which corresponds to all the organs, glands and systems within the body, making the feet a “mirror image” of the body. Reflexology can awaken the body’s own healing resources, reducing tension, inducing relaxation, stimulating circulation and freeing energy blockages and congestion.
Other Therapies which are available include: On– site Massage, Indian Head Massage, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, Relaxation and Counselling.
Please note Aromatherapy, On-Site massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Hypnotherapy and Kinesiology are only available at certain centres. |
