It's Up 2 U!
Up 2 U! is a FREE 6 week activity based programme offering you the chance to take part in fun games and sports of your choice (where possible). The programme also offers fun interactive workshops aimed at keeping you healthy, happy and active!

Where can I join?
The Up 2 U! programme will be running within the following areas: Blantyre, Cambuslang, Hamilton, Larkhall & Rutherglen. If you are between the ages of 6 and 16 and live in one of these areas you MAY be eligible to join Up 2 U!
