Join
Up 2 U! is a FREE 6 week activity based programme offering you the chance to take part in fun games and sports of your choice (where possible). The programme also offers fun interactive workshops aimed at keeping you healthy, happy and active!

Each session lasts 1 hour with various activities being run within this time. On your request these could include:
  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Badminton
  • Tennis
  • Dance
  • Skipping
  • Dodgeball
  • Tri-Golf
  • Netball
  • Fitness
.... and many more! Remember, it's Up 2 U! to decide!
After week 6, we'll help you to find opportunities within your area to continue your favourite activities, sports and games!

The Up 2 U! programme will be running within the following areas: Blantyre, Cambuslang, Hamilton, Larkhall and Rutherglen. If you are between the ages of 6 and 16 and live in one of these areas, you may be eligible to join Up 2 U!
